Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in original packaging
• Tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery.

How to Exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Provide your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange
3. Ship the item back to us
4. We'll send your replacement once we receive the original item

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info.mkaurmoda@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
